February Dinner Meeting
February 18th, 2009The dinner meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at P Sam’s at Eastwood Country Club. Social begins at 6:30pm and dinner will be served at 7:00pm.
Menu is as follows:
Crab crusted tilapia
Beef tenderloin tips with mushroom, pearl onions with a red wine demiglaze,
or Stuffed chicken breast with prosciutto, spinach, and fontina cheese.
